Conditions the council sets
- An Authorisation is required from Council to install a structure on a public road / footpath, expressly including skip bins
- Where an Alteration such as a skip bin will be left on the Road surface overnight, bunting and flashing lights or reflective chevrons must be placed at each end of the Alteration so it is clearly visible to vehicles and pedestrians at all times
- A Plan for the Alteration (required for skip bins) and a Site Plan / Work Area Plan must be attached to the application
- A Public Liability Insurance Certificate of Currency is required for all applications
- The Applicant must be a registered company, incorporated association or natural person, not a registered business name
