Conditions the council sets
- Application must be submitted at least 2 weeks before intended use
- Site map detailing the proposed location of the storage container in relation to the road verge must be attached
- Evidence of public liability insurance to a minimum of $20 million from the Supplier Company must be attached
- Any permit issued must be signed by the applicant AND the supplier company
- Fee schedule line "Storage Containers/Mini Skips on Council Land/Road" is limited to a maximum of 3 days
