Conditions the council sets
- "you must apply for Council approval to use Council roads and lands before placing a skip or container there"
- "At all times provision shall be made for pedestrian access", which may include "a minimum 900mm wide continuous access path of travel"
- "The area is to be delineated with bunting flags or temporary fencing with appropriate flashing lights or reflective material which are to be operating at night and is to be monitored / maintained at all times"
- A detailed site plan showing all activity on the road and the proposed placement of the skip or container must accompany the application, along with provision of road traffic signs and devices as required
- "Any damage to Council infrastructure caused by placement or removal of the skip or container is to be reinstated to Council's satisfaction at the applicant's cost"
