Conditions the council sets
- A Traffic Management Plan is required for "Storage and/or placement of building material, waste material, or skip bins on any verge or roadway"
- The plan must be designed by an appropriately accredited Traffic Management Plan designer as per the Main Roads WA Code of Practice, and as a minimum reviewed by a holder of Advanced Worksite Traffic Management accreditation or higher
- A Certificate of Currency for Public Liability Insurance must be submitted with the application
- For works not carried out between 7am and 7pm Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays), an out-of-hours construction Noise Management Plan approval is required from the City's Health Services
- Submissions are made through a Rock Port account and full payment is required before a plan is reviewed; fees are non-refundable and do not guarantee approval
