Conditions the council sets
- "Skip bins and containers can only be placed on a standard car parking space and not on footpaths, across a driveway or on a street verge"
- "They must not obstruct pedestrian or vehicle traffic"
- "They cannot be placed within 10m of any intersection"
- A site plan to relevant scale of proposed works including dimensions, and a relevant traffic management plan (required for footpath and road occupations), must accompany the application
- Additional authorisation from the Department for Infrastructure and Transport is required for State Government owned arterial roads including Greenhill Road, Anzac Highway, South Road, Cross Road, Glen Osmond Road, Fullarton Road, Unley Road and Goodwood Road
