Skip Bin Permit City of Wanneroo
If your skip is going on a road, footpath, nature strip or parking bay in the City of Wanneroo area, that is council land and the rules below apply. On your own driveway or property, they generally do not. Not directly stated. The City notes a verge licence is only issued where there is limited space on the lot itself, and that sea containers and site sheds must be located on the building site rather than the verge.
