Conditions the council sets
- A skip bin / container permit is required to place an item on a nature strip or road within the Frankston municipality
- Containers can't be placed on a nature strip
- A Certificate of Currency for Public Liability Insurance of $20 million or more, current for the dates of the activity, must be supplied with the application
- Site Plan 1:100 is required for shipping containers only
- A Traffic Management Plan (TMP) may also be required
