Conditions the council sets
- "Council will contact you to book an inspection. You will be required to be present at this inspection."
- Permit is only issued after the inspection and after the invoiced application fee has been paid
- Site plan at a scale not less than 1:200 showing the exact location of the structure on the road reserve
- Plan must show setbacks from property and building alignments, driveways and/or clearance above, and setback from all signage on property
- Plan must show location of essential services including overhead powerlines, water meter and sewer connection
