Conditions the council sets
- Should part of the footway be required for temporary stacking of materials or soil, erecting scaffolding, or for any other purpose, application must be made for a permit and fee paid
- The occupation fee is calculated per square metre per month
- A separate Works Zone fee applies to occupying on-street parking spaces, charged per car space (or per 6 metres where spaces are not marked) per week, at a higher rate in the Town Centre/CBD
- Consent to undertake works within the road reserve under section 138 is a separate approval with its own fees and, for trenching through road pavement, footpath or kerb and gutter, a bond
