Conditions the council sets
- "any waste skips will be used in compliance with the VicRoads CODE OF PRACTICE FOR THE PLACEMENT OF WASTE BINS ON ROADSIDES, January 2001"
- "the Surf Coast Shire reserves the right to order the removal of any skip bin where it does not comply with any of the requirements of this permit or the VicRoads Code of Practice"
- A sketch of the proposed location of the bin on the nature strip must be uploaded with the application
- The dates the bin will be placed on and removed from the nature strip must be nominated
