- The verge is the property of the Town of Cottesloe; to place building materials, a skip bin or a real estate sign on the verge requires a permit from the Town
- The application should be submitted at least 5 business days prior to the start date
- All applicable fees must be paid before the permit can be issued
- The occupancy charge is calculated per square metre of verge per month, in addition to the flat application fee
