Skip Bin Permit Wyndham City Council
If your skip is going on a road, footpath, nature strip or parking bay in the Wyndham City Council area, that is council land and the rules below apply. On your own driveway or property, they generally do not. You do not need a permit to have a skip bin on private land. However you still need to make sure the bin is not filled above the rim and no hazardous materials are placed in the bin, including asbestos, wet paint, chemicals or food waste.
