Conditions the council sets
- 'A skip bin permit required for any skip, bin or container placed on the road.'
- 'A road/footpath occupation permit must be issued before the storage of materials on council land outside of the work area or if stored overnight. A location and aftercare plan including measures to control the dust, noise, public safety and damage to council's asset is required.'
- The adopted fee schedule prices skip placement differently for metered and unmetered parking bays, so the cost depends on whether the bay you occupy is metered
