Hume runs vouchers rather than fixed entitlements: five a year, spendable on at-home collections (one voucher for 2 cubic metres, two for 4) or on free drop-off at the Resource Recovery Centres — renters included. Garden waste is not accepted in the hard waste collection; it has its own free bundled branch service.
