- "The container must be of a solid walled construction with lockable lid"
- "The company business name and business phone number must be clearly marked on the skip bin"
- "Reflective tape and delineations must be on all containers along with a flashing yellow light to be placed on the roadside corner of the container"
- "A siting plan of the proposed location of the container must accompany all applications"
